Our services include analysing, documenting and automating business processes in line with the I-D-E-A approach (Identify, Document, Develop, Automate). We support the introduction and further development of ITSM and ESM solutions as well as the integration of systems such as ERP, PIM, CRM, monitoring and security applications.

A central component is the provision and further development of the SaaS platform SMAWORX - with modules for service management, workflow automation and cybersecurity, operated in the Open Telekom Cloud. We also realise integration solutions based on the Frends iPaaS platform, which can be used to efficiently connect business processes across system boundaries.

Our customers benefit from consistent data flows, less manual processing and better controllability of their service-orientated processes - for example in the areas of IT, HR, product data management or eCommerce. We also offer Integration-as-a-Service: We develop, operate and maintain customised integration flows that can be expanded and tracked in the long term.
